When you are in it, often it is a challenge to step back and look at the whole picture. We take a step back, build a growth plan together from our initial assessment, model out the financials and then provide you with a clear and concise plan. This is for the team who wants to implement on their own.

We do know that things come up from time to time and we understand. If you absolutely must reschedule, please do so in advance of the call time. Ideally with 2-hours notice. We are all busy, and our time is valuable. We prepare in advance of each call and hope that you prepare your schedule accordingly. If you have paid for a session, it is not refundable.
